These Terms and Conditions are effective as of April 17, 2026 and govern your use of all OSSAWA® platforms, including ossawa.co, theblueprint.courses, heyeper.com, and The Visionary Network.

By accessing or using any OSSAWA platform, making a purchase, or registering for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platforms immediately.

Please note that OSSAWA operates two legally separate business entities — OSSAWA Décor and OSSAWA Solutions — united under the OSSAWA® brand. These Terms apply to both entities and all associated platforms.

• "OSSAWA," "we," "us," "our" — refers to OSSAWA® and its affiliated entities, OSSAWA Décor and OSSAWA Solutions.
• "User," "you," "customer" — any individual who accesses, browses, purchases from, or registers on any OSSAWA platform.
• "Services" — encompasses all products, courses, subscriptions, and community access offered by OSSAWA.
• "Content" — all brand materials, course materials, design assets, copy, imagery, and intellectual property owned or licensed by OSSAWA.
• "Platforms" — ossawa.co, theblueprint.courses, heyeper.com, and The Visionary Network community.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use OSSAWA platforms and make purchases. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from any OSSAWA platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any OSSAWA software
• Use our platforms to send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in phishing
• Impersonate OSSAWA, its employees, or any other person or entity
• Use our platforms for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platforms

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account on any OSSAWA platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. OSSAWA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

• All sales are final on bespoke and custom items (eyewear and suiting) unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
• Production timelines are estimates. Delays due to sourcing or custom fabrication do not entitle customers to refunds.
• All prices are displayed in USD.
• Payments are processed via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur with custom goods.
• OSSAWA Décor reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

The Blueprint (theblueprint.courses)

• One-time purchase; access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
• No refunds after course content has been accessed, except where required by applicable law.
• Course content is for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.
• OSSAWA may update course content at its discretion without prior notice.

Heyeper (heyeper.com) — SaaS Subscription

• Tiered monthly subscriptions: Lead-to-Profit at $297/mo, Growth & SEO at $997/mo, and Enterprise pricing (custom).
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
• Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
• No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
• OSSAWA Solutions reserves the right to modify subscription tiers, features, and pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Scheduled downtime, feature updates, and maintenance windows do not entitle refunds or credits unless service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours.

• Membership is free but requires registration and acceptance of community guidelines.
• OSSAWA reserves the right to remove any member for conduct that is harmful, offensive, or in violation of community standards — without prior notice.
• Content shared by members within the Network remains the intellectual property of the original creator. By posting, members grant OSSAWA a non-exclusive license to feature or share that content within the platform.
• The Visionary Network is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

All content on OSSAWA platforms — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, course materials, copy, imagery, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of OSSAWA® or its licensors.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative use of any OSSAWA content is strictly prohibited.
• The names OSSAWA®, OSS Eyewear, OSS Sartorial, The Blueprint, Heyeper, and The Visionary Network are proprietary brand identifiers.
• You may not use OSSAWA branding for any purpose without prior written permission.

• Testimonials, reviews, or other content submitted by users may be used by OSSAWA for marketing purposes, with or without attribution.
• By submitting content, you warrant that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• OSSAWA reserves the right to remove user-generated content at its discretion, at any time, without notice.

OSSAWA services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• OSSAWA does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or style transformations.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSSAWA's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• OSSAWA is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OSSAWA, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of any OSSAWA platform or service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

OSSAWA platforms may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Stripe, GoHighLevel, and social media platforms. OSSAWA is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is governed by those parties' own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
• If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Washington, DC, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against OSSAWA.

OSSAWA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email notification to registered users or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of our platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
