OSSAWA® is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with the same intentionality we bring to everything we create. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your information.

By using any OSSAWA platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platforms.

a) Information You Provide Directly

  • Name, email address, and phone number (for account creation, checkout, or community registration)
  • Billing and shipping address (for OSSAWA Décor physical products)
  • Payment information — OSSAWA does not store payment card details; all payment data is handled securely by Stripe
  • Custom order details such as measurements and style preferences for suiting and eyewear
  • Messages, inquiries, or feedback submitted through contact forms or email
  • Content posted within The Visionary Network (posts, comments, testimonials)

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent, and links clicked (via cookies and analytics tools)
  • Referral source — how you arrived at our platforms

c) Information from Third Parties

  • If you connect via social media (e.g., Instagram or Facebook login), we may receive basic profile information

Sharing Your Information

OSSAWA only shares personal information in limited, necessary circumstances.

a) Service Providers (Sub-processors)

We work with trusted third-party vendors who process data on our behalf:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe maintains its own privacy policy and is PCI-DSS compliant.
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM, email and SMS marketing automation, course delivery, and community management.
  • Hosting & CDN providers — for website infrastructure and performance.
  • Analytics tools — for understanding site traffic and user behavior.

All sub-processors are contractually required to protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

b) Legal Requirements

OSSAWA may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of OSSAWA, its users, or the public.

c) Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred. Users will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on the site prior to any such transfer.

We never sell your data. We never will.
